Oh hey there December, I’ve missed you and your magic!
The first day of December means the first day of my #12DaysofBaking! For the next 12 days I will share some of my favourite holiday ready recipes! First up is a fool proof Oreo and Candy Cane bark!
Oreo Candy Cane Bark
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- 15 Oreo cookies, smashed
- 12 candy canes, smashed
Assembling the Bark
- In a saucepan over medium heat melt chocolate and butter.
- Pour melted chocolate onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle generous amounts of crushed candy cane and Oreos.
- Put in fridge to set, 2-3 hours. Once set lift the Bark out of the cookie sheet by the parchment paper. Crack into pieces.
